2 cups Pure Coconut Milk
1/2 cup Water
Salt and Pepper to taste
Red/Green Chili, Optional

The thickness of coconut milk and the green colour of the sigarillas is what I like from this ginataan recipes, plus the chili which I preferred, that's what make it as very healthy dish, hence I like to cook it. Over all that is still as good and aromatic dish and distinctively pinoy ulam.
