I put all the parts in a very large stainless steal bowl and it has soapy water 💦 take it to the Patio and use my hose. It cleans up the Parts fast and then the water with veggie pulp it all goes in the grass. That way it doesn’t clog my kitchen pipes.

Great review! I received the first version of the Nama in April as a birthday gift so I won’t be getting the new one but love seeing you and others use it 😉. It’s my first juicer, so for now I actually enjoy prepping my produce for juicing LOL. You definitely spoke on the same small issues I feel about the hard to reach cleaning pieces. They need to hire you as a Quality Assurance consultant!

I had the original Nama 5800 but it took soo long because I have young kids so I sold it to buy this new juicer.. which you just put things in whole without really having to cut cut cut! I can’t recall exactly how much but I think it was about 80-100$

Great video! Got mine about a week ago and lovin' it. About the pineapple-- sometimes chunks get stabbed and stuck on the chop blade-- you don't actually have to cut them up smaller. Just take it off the blade and put it back in and you should be good to go.

Hi there can you do a comparison between the J2 and the new Hurom H300
I have one without a strainer however you have a lot of pulp in the Juice 🥤 so I prefer the juice from a Screen

I wish I had this juicer when I did my 105 day juice fast/feast in January as making 4-6 litres every day for nearly 4 months is a chore. Anyway I got my intestines completely emptied (mucoid plaque, and old hard material). My omega is a good juicer but cutting things up and individually putting in is labour intensive.
Wow what a testimony. It definitely is a lot. While I was doing my 21 days, I sometimes would just go buy raw coconuts 🌴 🥥 because I didn’t feel like cutting up produce 😂

I bought a second J2 white. Gave my blk J2 to my son who said It made juicing before work much faster than his Nama V 5800.
I’ve had mine for a month. I do love it but it takes about 10 minutes to clean well. I think it probably takes me longer than what you showed because I batch juice 10 to 15 at a time. So there is more fiber to clean from all the parts than you had from this one type of juice. It’s still a time saver because of the less prep. But good for people to know if they do celery and more vegetable variety.

Nama j2 has a self cleaning function....
Every time I juice pineapple in my nama j2 the pulp gets stuck. This is very frustrating. Any suggestions???

I have had it for several months and this time I removed the rubber gasket around the bottom of the hamper. I can't get it back on. I don't know what I am doing wrong. It won't snap on the base now. So disappointed. I love the juicer but can't use it. 🙃

Compared to most juicers this is fairly easy to clean. Had one of those twin gear ones once, that was a pain. I think the easiest was the old school Champion. Just the rotating shredder, its housing, and the strainer plate...3 pieces. Makes me wonder how the Champ compares to the Nama as far as juice quality and volume.
replying to myself...lol...just saw a clip from Jon Kohler comparing the Champion to an Omega vertical slow juicer. Said he thought the Champion handled root veggies better (like carrots) while the Omega did better with the leafy greens and fruits.

Hello ! What do you think after those 10 months ? I am tempted to buy this juicer but I am afraid of food getting clogged in the pulp exit like many of my old vertical juicers did. So you have to stop the juicers, you try run it backwards, it doesnt change anything 😭 so you have to unset the whole thing to remove the pulp and start juicing again. omg Especially with celery, leafy greens, you know. Is this juicer good with juicing leafy greens ? With 10 months of experience how long does it take you now to clean it ?
Not long but this juicer is definitely not a headache at all. I just found the solution to a problem some people complain about, I’m posting that in about 40 minutes.

I know what you mean. It's not cheap. Having said that, my wife has gone through about a dozen (cheap) juicers with varying degrees of satisfaction. Now that she knows what works for her and what doesn't, she decided to go ahead and invest in a juicer that is going to give her satisfactory results and will last. For anyone who is serious about juicing, I think it's worth the investment to pay a bit more for a good quality juicer.
