There is a window to a door at the start, watch out for a vending machine it can appear next to the random window leading to a door, an eye can appear there too, The patient in room 1 or Devon doesn't also seem to change, there is never anyone in room 2 but some thing can appear in there, or 'Fitzgerald', in room 3 with the clown or Jeff can disappear or move to be up to the window of the door, Richard or the old man face can change, the run run run isn't normal, at the end of the hall by the exit a set of doors can change to be an entrance too the backrooms, the painting right by the elevator can disappear, the painting by Jenny can disappear too, Caseoh can appear, the lights can go off, the windows can go dark, and toilets can appear Things that don't change: the floor pattern The wall pattern The ceiling Floor 1 Devon (from what I know they/he/she doesn't seem to change) And the temperature Hope this helps everyone!
