I live in L.A and trust me at nighttime it is so BEAUTIFUL AND VERY NICE! it’s like Dubai! I been to down town L.A and I visited the tallest building and got it captured!
I am in tears 😢 I've never seen my city like this. Never been so proud to be "angelina" I confirmed now Los Angeles is the best city in Amèrica 🇺🇲 Thanks for the video.... For the music. For have deployed your technology in the most artistic way. This video is a jewel.... It really is 🏆🏆🎖🎖 Los Angeles, California 🌴🌊⛱️ Love you with all my heart ❤
That was spectacular!!!! The view from up there coupled with the lovely 🎶 music was great!!! I loved that the music was slow, relaxing and beautiful. Lookimg forward to more virtual flying!!!
Wow, just wow. Best nighttime video I've ever seen of DTLA. Simply wonderful drone footage. The city of angeles never looked more beautiful. Even the freeway car traffic lights were mesmerizing. They seemed like the blood arteries of DTLA. I guess in a way they are. Very well done. Thank you so much.
@@RealDawg0 thanks for the reply and kindness bro. I'm doing okay take it day by day bro. Stay prayed up and hope you're doing good yourself. Stay strong as always....and stay dangerous 🙏🏼💪🏼
An Angelical flight over the city of Angels. How on earth (or in the air ) did you capture these footage, I am speechless! Good, bad or ugly, I love my city and now, I have the proof :) All the best to you!
@arin6199 The homeless situation is improving, though. It exploded during Covid, but it's steadily getting to where it was before Covid. Still, not perfect, but much much better.
In USA- you no longer need a waiver to fly at night. And this goes for both Part 107 and Recreational pilots. So there are only 2 things you need to do before flying at night- 1) Put anti-collision lights on your drone. 2) Either get your Part 107 license or pass the TRUST test if you just want to be a recreational pilot. Here is a link that describes both of those points in detail. pilotinstitute.com/flying-drone-at-night/
Yes a part 107 certification is needed to fly higher than buildings and towers when staying within 400 feet of the structure. Here’s a video explaining benefits of getting your part 107 certification. ruclips.net/video/Ap96R6uZ_yE/видео.html
Awesome footage !!! big congrats. Would you share which drone you used? I am wondering if you pilot from the ground of the terrace of some buildings. Thanks.
Thank you. I have a DJI Mavic 3. And for this video I looked for parking garages that had top level access and would pay for parking and drive up to the top level. I used about 5 or 6 different structures. I did launch from the ground in some areas, but only in spots that were more in the open/no tall buildings nearby. Ideally launching from from a skyscraper would’ve been easier as I would have more range, but I did not have access to any. If you’re near a lot of tall buildings and attempt launching from the ground, it’s sometimes difficult to acquire enough satellites for a safe flight.
@@nightjardrone Thanks for the information. I did it once a long time ago with a Mavic Pro 1 for filming the Disney Concert Hall. there was a parking lot that was closed but the access was open to pedestrians so it worked perfect. Does the Mavic 3 alerts you when another aircraft is around?. I bet you heart would run faster while capturing some of those views. Again, great flying !!
@@MyFlyingEyes Yes you’re right. The Mavic 3 also alerts you of manned aircraft in the area. But I wouldn’t go over 400 ft agl unless I was near the buildings.. too many helicopters fly around that area and it’s not worth the scare! I would stay plenty beneath and away from their routes, as well as other precautions. I also use the app Flightradar24 it shows any incoming helicopters, planes and other manned aircraft. But as long as you don’t go above your 400 feet (unless you’re near a tall structure then it’s 400 feet above its highest point) you should be ok. Im sure you’re aware of this next point, but I feel I should add for others reading just in case; a commercial license is needed to fly above 400 ft AGL near structures. Rec pilots have their ceiling of 400 ft AGL at all times.
@@nightjardrone Yep I own a Part 107, but I didn't know about the Flightradar24 app. Whatever helps with safety is always Wellcome. normally I fly very low but even if so sometimes the helis fly very very low. Last time I was capturing kite surfers and the coast guard helicopter came so low it was almost scratching the kites.
@@MyFlyingEyes they do come down pretty low sometimes! Can never be too careful. But in reality seagulls will pose a bigger threat to our drones than a helicopter. I wish there was an app for them.
