I’m 28 and need a lower facelift! I’m on the slender side but I have a really bad double chin and sagging in my neck area and under my chin I hate it, my side profile view I don’t like it! Never thought I’d need one but my mouth down looks like the mouth/chin/neck of a 40 year old …sad but true
Thank you for your comment! Typically, it is too early to have a surgery done in your late 20s but you are welcome to schedule a consultation with me so we could take a look at your case
Thank you for this video! I am 30 and about to do a mid face lift. With that said, I have exhausted all other options. My under eyes and nasolabial folds are extreme for my age, due to genetics. I’ve been using fillers and Botox for 7 years now and filler was getting to the point of looking REALLY bad and unnatural. I’ve also tried threads and they aren’t enough. I do have a question for you…. When a mid face lift is done, is the SMAS layer lifted as well? Thank you :)
@@BigRigsss no, I didn’t end up getting it. At least not yet 😂 However I did get a full face of aggressive ablative laser resurfacing (you know… the one that looks like the skin on your entire face has been ripped off when healing). HOLY COW. Have you done that? It was INTENSE! I am tough and I’ve had plenty of surgeries and always handle it like a champ. However, this was WAY DIFFERENT. I would much rather get ANY surgery on ANY part of my body than go through that again. Moreover, I now that it’s been a few months, I am disappointed with the results (especially considering the price tag). I just believe that I could’ve put my 5 grand towards something better.
@@BloddyMaddy I did not end up getting it. Couldn’t find a surgeon near me that was willing to due to my age. Every surgeon I consulted with just wanted to add EVEN MORE fat or filler to my face, which was what my complaint was to begin with. I believe that there is a stigma around any type of facelift and more times than not they want you to be a certain age. Personally, I think it’s BS. It should never be about age, it should be about the look, quality and condition of the skin and the face.
Im 28 and want to correct smile lines, double chin and sagging jowls. I just want a more “slender” and more defined face. Would a facelift help correct these?
The additional answer to why someone in their 30's might be getting facelifts - They may have gotten their skin damaged with hyaluronidase. I know several women who have had to get facelifts or facelifts with other procedures such as fatgrafting after their tissues were damaged with hyaluronidase which can in some cases lead to serious skin drooping and laxity that does not get better with time or with any other interventions.
Great info!
Thank you Maria!

Thank you for asking! I have to see your photos and face in all the details. Typically, it is too young for a facelift but we are all different
