Hi there. I've just bought a T800 and a Thunderstick from them. They also gave me great advice on gutter mounting the aerial on my mostly fibreglass motorhome. I found them an excellent company. Oh and my T800 did come with an instruction manual? Thanks for the review! Panda

I have the "original" version Delta LT 318.
Only problem is the channel selector fails, and the factory mic needs to be used.
    Great review.

Just purchased this radio recently. It states in the owners manual that there are 8 programmable frequency bands available. On checking I found theres only 6 available with d2 (Germany) and I2 (Italy) being the missing bands. Also the channel knob skips channels occasionally while flicking through. Still like my new toy though. Also....whats the unmarked Jack socket for next to Ext speaker socket...any ideas?

Just dug out my OLD Delta 318. I Say old, because I bought it from eBay in 2015!!! I bought it brand new for £59.99 ..... I tested the output and it's 12 watts.... how is it that thunderpole are now charging in excess of £120, with some sellers going north of £200!! I'm gonna open it up tomorrow and see if I can solve the channel selector issue, if I find a gold bar inside I'll let you know as it would explain a lot!!

can you tell me what the lo on the screen is for.

Not in the user guide buy ‘LO’ denotes low power (4 watts) so legal for UK laws.
It will also transmit at 8 watts when in other norms so assume there’s a HI indicator in there too though I’ve never seen it illuminated.
      Hope that helps

Looks like a really nice radio but 4 quid for the pdf user manual? Are they having a laugh? "buy our radio but we aren't going to tell you how it works unless you cross our palm with more silver" bare faced cheek of it!

Hi, why is it better? Looking at both...

@RedVin73 I would say the t800 was a lot cleaner on rhe receive end....t2000 is over complicated...for basically the same rig.
