Better is menu mod,you have got options: save game spawn car set/clear wanted level set weather set time time stopper vehicle cheats(install nitro,hydraulics,paint) teleporting mission select access all interiors unlock all islands and much more
the last 2 are the only useful ones tbh re choose mission is basically New Game+ , restart without redoing the side quests, gym training, exports etc. save everywhere if you suspect your game is gonna crash
