    No sugar or carbohydrates and start intermittent fasting. Increase consumption of water and incorporate exercise into your daily routine. Drink lemon water on an empty stomach in the morning. In ShaAllah with this protocol you will lose and maintain your desired weight.
    And to fast is better for you, if only you knew.

      For those who wants to know interesting fasting Methods: There are several intermittent fasting methods, but they all involve dividing the day or week into eating periods and fasting periods. Some common approaches include:
      Time-Restricted Eating: Extending the overnight fasting period by skipping breakfast or eating the first meal later in the day.
      16/8 Method: Fasting for 16 hours and restricting eating to an 8-hour window (e.g., eating from noon to 8 pm).
      5:2 Diet: Eating normally for five days and significantly reducing calorie intake (around 500-600 calories) on two non-consecutive days.
      Alternate-Day Fasting: Fasting every other day or having very low-calorie intake on fasting days.
      As Muslims, we have the opportunity to fast with the promise of rewards in this life and the hereafter. In addition to obligatory fasting, we should fast on Mondays and Thursdays, following the Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). May Allah accept our efforts.

    You can’t lose fat from specific areas of your body you have to focus on losing overall body fat through a calories deficit there is no other solution consume less calories than you’re burning calories deficit is the key of losing weight avoid fast food, processed food, artificial sugar, 1 hour strength training and try to eat complex carbs high protein diet and walk 10000 steps everyday and stay active throughout a day and stay consistent consistency is the key of success.

    Raat mai paani mai daal dena hai sauf,jeera,dhaniya,ajwain, or subh early morning wo paani peena hai...
    Then have breakfast.. then 2 bje have lunch.. bs kam oil sabzi mai and shaam ko 5 se 6 bje tk bhot halka dinner uske baad kuch nhi.. or morning and evening 30 min workout ...you can do simple slow running...
    Bs normal rakhna hai cheezo ko... or daily same schedule follow krna hai... little bit sugar is also important for cardiac muscles soo dont stop sugar completely...

    Sugar, rice km khana. Khane ka time table banaiye. Subh lemon aur honey ka pani thoda garam karke pina. Pet pr bahot asar padega.. Breakfast, lunch aur dinner jldi aur khana km kijiye. Rat jldi sona subh jldi uthna aur exercise karna. Sb kam gadi ke alava thode kam walk kr ke bhi kijiye aur dekhiye kamal. Aap sb ka weight km hoga. Nonvage km khana

Yani chawal, gandum wghera kum hon, nashtay mein eggs or meat ka ziada istemal ho, jis mein behtar hai chicken breast pieces ya fish bhi behtareen hai, iss k ilawa chanay, laal lobia sb high in protein hai.
