Hello Nick. Thanks for the vlog. I have booked Windsor exclusive variant. Sold my trusted stead Tata zest diesel XT model. However Today took a relatively long TD for 15 kms. I live in Bangalore. I also feel the suspension is too stiff and today also felt the Ac is not that great. I do have a problem in my back. I deliberately took the vehicle in bylanes and broken roads. Whoever has taken a long TD feedback pls. My take away the compression of the suspension is ok. However, the rebound damping is bad.
Doesn’t look as planted as Nexon or Curvv. This is not meant for off roading due to excessive wheel base, even though GC 190mm it will have tough time.
@@kvlalaniGood quality tires, also help a lot in cutting the road noise…btw, I have took test drive of this car, I didn’t find tyre noise to be bothersome…on well paved tar roads, you won’t hear a thing, but on concrete roads, yes there is tyre noise…but it applies to every other cars also, unless you drive high end cars like S Class or Rolls Royce😅…but if you put some music on low volume…you won’t hear the noise even on concrete roads…!

Bro is just making up complaints to justify his decision to buy Nexon Ev. This is a much value for money buy compared to Nexon from any angle. Moreover the Lifetime warranty on HV battery will overpower any other drawbacks. And regarding the after sales support, it's better not to even talk about Tata Service Centers. Though i do not want to give my hard earned money to Chinese, I have to say that Windsor is a much better value for money buy than Nexon
Menon sir, ithonnu odivchu noku. Eniti parayu. I too felt the long wheel base and stiff suspension isnt good on overall driving experience. Yes hv critical alert and other issues of tata is still a big problems ( of sc and inefficient bms ) But it much better and meant to long drives as well 🚘.
I also felt the tyre noise in test drive, also music system is not good like tatas jbl ones in nexon ev, yes and seats might be problem in lumbar support - good points.

45 degrees kaha milega abhi? But it is understood that if it is giving 250-270 in current weather conditions then in summer it would give 30-40 kms less range. Range wise this is not practical. Reason is body is too large, battery is of Punch size, large wheel base, heavy vehicle and yet it is tuned for higher bhp and torque then ICE cars so the battery would take a toll. This is completely city car, slightest offroading would be a problem, plus it doesnt have spare wheel.

Your Windsor video is really honest and helpful video. People who are spending 15 lakhs should definitely know what are the pro and cons of the car. Then it’s their decision if they wanna go with the car or not. One point you really highlighted, people are spending 1 lakh extra just for sunroof and when they open it they gonna get a lot of glare on the screen, and the screen has 98% of the functions and they won’t be able to use it and it’s gonna heat up and start lagging. And if they want to use the screen they’ll have to close the sunshade😅. Kudos to you man, good efforts and great job, really loving your work.
He is not blaming driver, he is stating that company expert (assumed) has asked him that this car would pass through it. He drives Nexon EV Prime and it would have definitely crossed that bad patch easily. He misjudged the capabilities of car on the hints of MG Windsor showroom person.

(Car is technically stuck at soft wet mud, when tyre grooves filled with wet clay/mud, it's loosing grip to road/land surface, now here if it's creta or Nexon ev! @nickreviewkol With the wheelbase it had it should have cleared that small steep with ease that would be the expectations but it stuck thanks for accidentaly capturing it so that we came to know. I have test drived it on sunday the positive are premium interior with ample of space everywhere and to the negatives from my perspective the controlls of the car is very different and needs learning curve, very glitchy touchscreen it lags even for left and right indicator camera on and off, the back seat spring for retraction is very harsh it might hurt if a kid tried it closes pretty fast and the poor visibitly for short driver.

Nope, it is not mud. It is just a rough patch. Most ICE would past it even Tata Nexon and Punch EV would pass only Tiago and Tigor EVS will have problem.

Great job brother! 300+ kms realistic City range with Eco+ mode with AC seems achievable in not so hot weather. For a city car 250 km will be good in normal mode. Suspension and insulation needs improvement. Perhaps reducing tire pressure could result in better ride. Adding damping/insulation to could reduce noise.
Yes it is the best balance in power to weight and dimensions ratio. I think 45 kwh nexon might be similar in performance and 45kwh Curvv again big body small battery type scenario while 55kwh curvv is also again sweet spot. If they bring 70 kwh model in Harrier then only it would be worth otherwise a heavy car like Harrier should not be fitted with 50-60 kwh battery, it is just impractical.
