Whenever you go on vacation make sure you bring lots of sunscreen, especially facial sunscreen. No matter where you are, and no matter what the weather is…..the sun is always still there, and even the smallest bit of sun rays can cause issues. When it comes to the face, some people will mix a skin tint or a foundation with a spf…..that doesn’t actually help, and it only reduces the protection of the sunscreen. So apply spf before doing any makeup, and then use a spray on spf afterwards to lock it all in place and of course a basic makeup setting spray.

My mum as a child never used it not sure sunscreen was a thing back then and now she is getting skin cancer patches burnt of her nose

You can use factor 50 and tanning oil …

It's concerning to see many people in the sun without proper sun protection; although tans may be appealing, the potential health consequences are not worth it.
