Brother I had a CV in blocks and than somebody said it's not recommended than I made it in Flow ..when apply in Europe they demand photo...lastly the PhD level CV where research and supervision and projects ..its become more than 4 pages ...what to exclude there
Well as i said in the video, sometimes it depends on the profession, some jobs demands different type of CV. I have given the job interview in Netherlands (Europe) as well based on this CV where no picture was attached so some employers considers it and some not. For your profession, do your research as what trend is going and according to that prepare a customized CV and do get it reviewed from your peers / colleagues / seniors. Hope this helps!
