Just listened to him on Instagram and his voice is still very subtle and clear like an angel.
His voice changed quite a bit from the first audition to the final performance.
The dislikes couldn't understand what he was singing so they gave thumbs down. Didn't listen to the music and the voice.

In the first Battle, the three of them where so amazing together. In my opinion the voice is far to narrow minded. If you'd put them in a kids group together it'll be a huge thing. Why does it always have to focus on individuals?
