- Our first Carolina Hurricanes vs Edmonton Oilers game was a ton of fun! The PNC Arena in Raleigh, NC made for a very nice hockey venue. Even though we were in the upper level seats, we could watch the clearly watch the game and have a fun time. Seeing Freddie Andersen, Aho, and Svechnikov was really cool! Getting a picture on the ice and in the penalty box was a ton of fun too! We will be back to see another game in the future!

As a season ticket holder, I often take for granted how cool it is for a new fan of the sport to enter that arena and see the ice for the first time. My advice is to make a trip to other NHL venues. Personally, I would recommend Bridgestone in Nashville and the LCA in Detroit.
I'd really like to go to other arenas and check them out. I actually went to the stadium series game after this video and had a blast. Might go to Amelie Arena next if possible. Thanks for watching and go Canes!

That's awesome! I bet he got to meet some legendary players. I always watched basketball and football growing up but that was a huge mistake. Hockey is definitely the way to go!

I am a season ticket holder and my first canes game was 1/15/2017 we won! But I did go to this game I sat in the first floor on the high corner to you far left.

I used to go to the games all the time when I younger. I was a season ticket holder for a couple years and acted like it was kids day every game and I'm an adult.

Hope they go all the way this year! Burns and Patches might fix some of our issues. I think we got a better this year for sure!

I like the Hurricanes the most but the Kraken is alright too. They definitely have one of the best reverse retro jerseys imo.

It always blows my mind that they play basketball on wood that sits on the ice. Now I'm sure something is in between the wood and ice but it's still crazy!
