Always putting out bangers✨ it was one of those Mondays that make you feel beat like it’s already Thursday, and all I wanted to do was decompose in my bed but putting on your video gave me the energy to get up and do something!!! Also gotta say I love the captions you put on each video section your effort and humor is not lost on me girly love it ahah
If you have a bean grinder you could always blend the grounds a little linger to make them finer. If you get a grinder you can also use fresh beans which may make it taste even better and may save you some $$

Just did the Safari and Wildseed Winery yesterday. Ate at Altdorf German restaurant (live music outside and recommend eating outside) and they were voted best German food in 2023.
I might be out of date on content, so you may have already considered this but your arm / finger numbness might be cubital tunnel syndrome. Or if it's affecting all of your fingers you may have carpal tunnel as well. I have numbness in my ring & pinky finger from big4 work. Usually rest specifically of the elbow is what helps most, if your symptoms don't subside, surgery is often recommended to prevent permanent nerve damage. Obv see a doctor, but not too sure exercises are necessarily the right approach - usually it just needs rest & using a brace helps too. You can look them both up to see if you feel your symptoms do align & then maybe go to the doctor with your concerns!

I know you have always been athletic but wanted to know if F45 was truly helpful to your appearance and overall “athletic” feeling compared to the gym/lifting? Anyway, just wondering! Thank you🩷
I definitely feel like it’s helped me get stronger overall - cardiovascular and strength wise! I think appearance wise your diet & genetics play into it SO much - but I definitely leaned out a lot (was eating healthier & I also already had the muscle, just needed it toned up more) when I started going consistently!! Sorry this is so late 😭

As a chiropractic student, I feel like you would benefit from setting up an appointment with a local chiropractor to check this out. Based on your complaint it sounds like you would be a perfect candidate for this, since it's definitely within our wheelhouse. Hope this helps and you give it a try!
