Why promoter is selling the stake?
That’s actually a wrong interpretation of data... What has actually happened is promoters of the company raised external funding through warrants from investors... thats why shareholding is down. They haven’t sold, rather promoter has only bought in last two fundraises (in Jan 2023 and September 2023). When warrants are made, they are not updated in the shareholding for 9-12 months.
