Following this September interview with John, in December 2020 I did a GREAT interview with 12 Maui Mallard creators (130,000 direct speech characters, over 200 new images) in two separate articles: PART 1 vk.com/@maui_mallard-interview-with-the-creators-of-maui-mallard-part1 PART 2 vk.com/@maui_mallard-interview-with-the-creators-of-maui-mallard-part2
@@ezgames6925 and in PC version too that is a Genesis port made by the same team (Disney Interactive). While the SNES version was made in parallel by British Eurocom studio.
That's the thing with the SNES. Although the music quality is definitely better than the average GEMS porting done on the Mega Drive, SNES loses a lot of SFX due to having only 64KB of sound RAM.
The music in this game always reminded me of old Apogee Software games.

I wonder if interplay was helping developing this game because the animations of the Sprites in the cartoon is style reminds me of Earthworm Jim!
