Hello Sir I shall be moving to London on 29th June on a skilled worker visa. We are looking for a place to rent near Harrow & Wealdstone station. Need your suggestion interms of good place to stay - Stanmore, Belmont, pinner or Kenton. I have a 4 year old kid, so need to find a school for him. Thank you for your time and looking forward to your suggestion.
Hi Didn't expect such a question on here :P Anyway, congratulations... you will need to find a place to live in this area once you are here.. I wish I could point you to someone, but these days rental properties are very high in demand and people may not wait till you come here, so best thing is to look for a place once you are here... There are many nice schools in and around Harrow, Avanti House sits at the top of the list (it is run by ISKCON), Whitchurch and Stanburn are other two examples (I live in Stanmore and hence I only know about these... you will be able to find good school/s on Google I guess) but you will see that the better the school the more difficult to get a place nearby... I guess you are settled in Stanmore for some time so thought of seeking your help. Thank you so much for the info. Like I asked in terms area like Stanmore, central Harrow, Pinner or Belmont - since I don't have much idea, which area would you recommend for stay?
@@ayanrpecu - don't worry, I don't mind answering it here... i was just saying didn't expect it here :) I have been living in Stanmore for quite a few years and I would say I would suggest Stanmore... but like I said its not that easy... there are so many factors that would force you to choose an area (such as school, job, rent, availability, connectivity to public transport to your work place etc..). Harrow is quite vast, Stanmore, Belmont, Pinner etc are part of Harrow... I would still suggest you to decide on the area after your arrival and don't decide on it while you are there as anything you decide may not eventually work based on the factors above.
