I was wondering about it too. Indeed, it’s a misleading title.
In fact, unfortunately Dolby Vision is only supported on the web by Safari and Apple ecosystem under HLG DV (profile 8.4). Non of the other browsers support yet DV.

Video sucks.
Get rid of the lame VFX and childish fantasy. I don't know what's going on with ASUS's ad companion show us a fake footage with fake lighting and VFX and stuff.
You simply need to use the best camera to capture the most realistic footage to show what HDR is capable of, without the VFX and fake lighting crap.
