first time am visiting these beaches, and they are ok except the last beach. if you want to surf can try the first beach, but some of the waves are big.
I will not advice you to swim or surf in any of those beaches they are very dangerous. They were my childhood beaches so I know about them. The pond was made to accommodate all in the surrounding areas who can't use them.

They gave warnings with The signs posted. The signs at those beaches says swim at your own risk... Strong undercurrents and tides.
