I was wondering is Natti Ethiopian?? I went to Ethiopia with a Korean American SDA mission group and his features really remind me of Ethiopian features. They are very beautiful people and are mentioned a lot of times in the Bible, that’s why I was really interested in going to Ethiopia. Also my dad really holds Ethiopia in high regard because they helped S.Korea during the Korean War

I low-key think Ollie actually knows how to speak Korean a lot better than we think now. They way he pronounces words and understands people is a WAY better than in the past.
they talked about it in Jolly. Armand was talking about their trip in Korea and how the students were clueless when the KE crew were speaking Korean to each other. he thought Ollie didn’t really understand them either, but Ollie would reply them in English. Josh and Ollie said that Ollie understands pretty much all the conversations but just cannot reply back in Korean.

Oh my word, the boys are practically locals! Immersing themselves into the culture by speaking Korean with the merchants and haggling already. Gosh, Nati is so smart with language and quickly learning to string words into complete sentences. He'll be full on conversing in no time. And can we just say how awesome and thoughtful it was for Harvey to buy Ollie the tiger t-shirt? This series is hands down the best thing on RUclips.

The boys and headmaster having a vacation in korea is really a HUGE serotonin boost to my system. I've been watching the series so far and it takes me back to when i was in highschool and doing trips with my friends just experiencing things for the first time as well. Really brings a huge smile to my face with every episode I've watched. This trip is definitely a core memory for those boys. Huge kudos and appreciation to the Korean Englishman team for giving this opportunity for them ❤️ the boys are all so lovely, well-rounded, and smart young men 👏

These young men AND Headmaster Dave are all so adorable. The sheer joy and excitement for the place jumps out at you. It's probably one of the best ways to attract more tourists to the Korean market. Can't praise the boys' kindness and good manners enough. Loved Bobby offering the security person some food. They don't eat or carry stuff for the people they're protecting when they're on the job. It was so sweet of Harvey to get something quite appropriate for Ollie. Special shout out to the quiet moment with Harvey transfixed at that beautiful globe. I wanted to buy it for him! Really hoping for a bright beautiful future for each of them! The production staff did extremely well on this one!

It feels like yesterday that it was Josh abandoning Ollie in Korea to fend for himself, whilst improving his Korean. Now, it's these wonderful young lads' journey we get to follow. And not gonna lie, I'm learning Korean with this series! It's not only an awesome gift for these gents, but to us viewers as well~
I'm so jealous of how fast Nati is picking up Korean quickly. It's amazing. On his first trip to Korea and he's ordering things left and right at the market and haggling.
Watching these boys in Korea has taught me that the only two words you need to learn to communicate is mashisoyo and gamsahamnida😂. I really don't want this series to end😫. This is my much needed weekly dose of entertainment.
Bobby has grown to be my absolute favorite in this series (sorry Max) and just seeing him shop for his family, especially his little sister is so cute!

Did anybody notice that Armand and Max used AnnyeonhiGYEseyo when they said goodbye to the shop owners? They really made good use of the Korean lesson Sam gave them. Thats the version of 'goodbye" to use when the speaker is leaving while the other party is staying (I'm learning Korean too, using the same TTMIK books that were given to the boys during the Korean lesson)

Oh my word, the boys are practically locals! Immersing themselves into the culture by speaking Korean with the merchants and haggling already. Gosh, Nati is so smart with language and quickly learning to string words into complete sentences. He'll be full on conversing in no time. The boys and headmaster having a vacation in korea is really a HUGE serotonin boost to my system. I've been watching the series so far and it takes me back to when i was in highschool and doing trips with my friends just experiencing things for the first time as well. Really brings a huge smile to my face with every episode I've watched. This trip is definitely a core memory for those boys. Huge kudos and appreciation to the Korean Englishman team for giving this opportunity for them ❤️ the boys are all so lovely, well-rounded, and smart young men 👏

Watching these boys in Korea has taught me that the only two words you need to learn to communicate is mashisoyo and gamsahamnida😂. I really don't want this series to end😫. This is my much needed weekly dose of entertainment.

Bobby has grown to be my absolute favorite in this series (sorry Max) and just seeing him shop for his family, especially his little sister is so cute!

It also warms my heart to see Nati getting so into Korean culture and trying so hard to learn new words and speak Korean (and doing amazing!!)
They're all so adorable and precious and genuine and sweet and pure🥺 (including you, Mr. Smith). And I love the way Max's voice cracks every time he gets all excited. It's just too cute. 그리고 카메라에는 안나와도 학생들 인사동에도 가봤으면. 인사동에서 도장도 파고 수정과도 마시고 쇼핑 신나게 할것 같은 느낌. (Would've been nice if they also got to go to Insadong. They could get their names engraved on traditional Korean stamps and drink soo-jung-gwa (sweet Korean cinnamon ginger tea) and shop to their hearts' content.)
영국친구들 한 명 한 명 캐릭터가 구매에서도 다 나오는 것 같아요.
특히 맥스는 가족 선물은 안사고 본인 선물 잔뜩 사며 즐기는 게 정말 순수하고 귀여워요.

Did anybody notice that Armand and Max used AnnyeonhiGYEseyo when they said goodbye to the shop owners? They really made good use of the Korean lesson Sam gave them. Thats the version of 'goodbye" to use when the speaker is leaving while the other party is staying (I'm learning Korean too, using the same TTMIK books that were given to the boys during the Korean lesson)

I say this with all the seriousness in my heart, I’m going to CRY when this series ends. It’s like a part of my life is going to end even tho I’m not the one who went to Korea. To the entire team and the high schoolers- thank you for providing some of the best, most wholesome content on yt
