matulin po yang wigo. i have wigo manual. nag long drive ako going pangasinan hard driving and overtaking with 4 adults and 1kid. napatunayan ko po na kaya po nyan without any problems. doing 140kph sa wigo kayang kaya khit ibabad mo pa. nkakabilib po yang wigo sa totoo lang. di mo lang sya pedeng ikumpara sa higher CC na sasakyan pero kaya po nyan ng walang aberya.

pre sisirain mo ang tranmission mo pag D3 ka. di ginagamit ang D3 sa uphill. Unless meron ka bwelo. POV: Pre automatic gamit mo di manual. pabayaan mo yung computer magadjust, ginagamit ko and D2 pag mahaba ang ahon at trapik pa, ang D3 pag malakas ang ulan tapos madulas ang kalye.

Honestly I don't like the looks of the mirage, it's too outdated para sakin, inside and out. More expensive pa kung same variant ng Wigo G. Sa Wigo kuha mo na lahat ng updated accessories sa presyo ng MT low end na Mirage. Pero sa engine power, mas higher talaga si mirage being 3 cylinders 1.2. But i still ended up getting Wigo because of resale value reasons, syempre Toyota tayo pag dating diyan. The mirage is not bad. Depending nalang sa taste mo. Antipolo hills or any mountain, it's always the experience who will drive the car. I have friends na nasunog clutch at nawala preno going up and down ng Baguio driving a BMW 2021 model. Kung patag or sa downhill mo need shift, hindi naman talaga tayo need umapak sa accelerator. More on pag need mo yung power dapat naka apak when shifting to 3 or 2. Pag paahon most of the time. Sir, ano method niyo sa stop and go sa uphill? Halimbawa traffic and nakabitin yung sasakyan. Wala po kasi ata hill start assist ang Wigo, aatras siya pag bitaw mo ng brake pedal.
Yes the existing Wigo models doesn't have that feature. What I do is pag mahaba uphill and traffic, gapang. Madalas yan within Baguio City proper or sa mga parking ramp na may pila. Stay on D, foot brake assisted by handbrake. Gradually step on the accelerator na while releasing the hand brake slowly pag go. Parang manual transmission method. Pero less effort na yan since walang clutch. Sa stop position naman pag matagal at naka bitin, hand brake in full, pero apak parin sa foot brake pero hindi na need madiin para hindi mangawit. Never leave the handbrake alone. Assisted parin dapat ng foot brake para safe.

Ok, to begin i want to make it clear that using other gear options is allowed. But in my current videos I'm sharing on how to use D4. Running up the hill 4th gear biglang slow down because of an obstruction, meaning nag slow down ka, so nag down shift din siya for sure, depending on your speed pwedeng 3rd or 2nd gear nag shift? To recover, kick down ng accelerator, diinan mo sa diin na medyo mas madiin sa normal na apak. This will make the transmission shift to the lowest gear necessary. Hahatak siya and will stay on that gear till maka bwelo na uli engine. 2nd question: 2nd gear running up a hill tapos nag diin ka ng accelerator dahan dahan (not biglaan) slowly it will climb and eventually mag shift siya to higher gear (3rd). Which sometimes is the reason bakit mahihirapan engine, so to recover, kick down lang uli ng accelerator. I hope nasagot ko po sir. If meron pa questions regarding this just comment po uli. Thanks again. By the way, yes pwede mag shift from d4 to d3 and d2 while vehicle is running. Wag lang sa reverse.

Nabitin ako minsan naka d2 ako may bwelo paahon masyado matarik. Parang kinapos c wigo, ginawa ko diniinan ko lng yung gas ayun, umakyat. Pero kinabahan ako kc baka masira trans ko

Hi sir, thank you for this comment. Base ko po sa decision ko yung answer sa question niyo. I chose Wigo because of the 4 speed automatic transmission. Madalas kasi na undeveloped and rough roads mga lugar na regular ko pinupuntahan. Meron kasi off road capability ang ganitong transmission. Compared to the Brio na CVT ang transmission. Perfect ang cvt pag completely on road lang ang usage. Pero no no sa mga semi off road kasi no off road capability ang cvt. But again, it has more advantages sa city driving. Pwede itong ma off road, but expect a really weak response or bad power. Wigo and Brio are equally good, depending nalang kung ano mas applicable sa day to day travel niyo. Dive safely and enjoy.
Oh wow, very exciting! Tip ko lang is do not over load your car. Sa paahon kasi especially Baguio, nagiging double yung bigat ng car for the engine. I watched other videos, ang wigo G po daw ay walang camera. Not sure what to believe anymore dahil nakalagay sya sa toyota wigo brochure sa main website. Also walang sporty look. The TRD is what we call the top of the line model or special edition. Now, i don't have that money kaya G kinuha ko. Pero if I can afford that TRD.... @@PAPIBRAD I haven't really pushed it yet, so far my top speed recorded on this Wigo po is 120kph on a super highway. May mga nakikita ako videos sa groups doing 140kph. But in my experience abroad in Japan specifically it can do 160 to 165kph as max speed. Salamat po.

Thank you for sharing your experience sir. Normally yun talaga option natin pag matic, Kickdown talaga or diinan ang accelerator para bumaba sa lowest gear possible. No worries hindi naman po nakakasira yun. Lalo kung humatak naman ng maganda nung diniinan niyo. Salamat po uli.
Sir ang wig0 magkaproblema sa paahon basta stop and go or slow ang speed pero pag ganito nakabwelo ok lang naman.

Base ko po sa decision ko yung answer sa question niyo. I chose Wigo because of the 4 speed automatic transmission. Madalas kasi na undeveloped and rough roads mga lugar na regular ko pinupuntahan. Meron kasi off road capability ang ganitong transmission. Compared to the Brio na CVT ang transmission. Perfect ang cvt pag completely on road lang ang usage. Pero no no sa mga semi off road kasi no off road capability ang cvt. But again, it has more advantages sa city driving. Pwede itong ma off road, but expect a really weak response or bad power. Wigo and Brio are equally good, depending nalang kung ano mas applicable sa day to day travel niyo. Dive safely and enjoy.

Oh wow, very exciting! Tip ko lang is do not over load your car. Sa paahon kasi especially Baguio, nagiging double yung bigat ng car for the engine. Good question po. Wala siya temperature Guage, pero meron temperature light warning. Iilaw pag exceeding na sa normal temp, before mag over heat. Thank you for watching sir.

Cuz i am planning to get either TRD or G, kaso sabi sa brochuer and difference lang ng dalawa, yung TRD may sporty look at wing, other than that, same na sila, may dash cam included. I watched other videos, ang wigo G po daw ay walang camera. Not sure what to believe anymore dahil nakalagay sya sa toyota wigo brochure sa main website. I decided to get the G since there's a big difference sa presyo ng TRD. Yes walang dash cam ang G. Also walang sporty look.
The TRD is what we call the top of the line model or special edition.
Now, i don't have that money kaya G kinuha ko. Pero if I can afford that TRD.... Alam mo na po ang sagot. Haha thanks so much for commenting. I really appreciate it.

Sir good day subscriber mo ako ask ko lng nag check engine kasi ung wigo ko mag 1k palang tinakbo nung nag hi beam ako bigla namatay ilaw ng dashboard tas bigla din bumalik 2x nangyari chineck ko ung sa battery nd mahigpit ung sa negative terminal hinigpitan ko naman na peru nd pa din nawawala ung check engine any idea sir,nextweek p kasi sched ni wigo for 1st pms at diagnose ndin

Now, since may check engine parin, kung hindi naman damay performance ni wigo antayin mo nalang po yung visit mo sa casa for pms. Our wigo kasi has 3 years warranty. anything na masira diyan is papalitan nila ng libre no question. I can ask you to reset the car, pero wag po, baka ma void warranty pag ginalaw niyo outside casa. Unless sure yung mag scan outside casa na safe sa auto yung obd device nila? Hindi naman siguro malalaman ng casa na na scan siya. Just be careful sa pag kabit at alis ng device.

@@PAPIBRAD I haven't really pushed it yet, so far my top speed recorded on this Wigo po is 120kph on a super highway. May mga nakikita ako videos sa groups doing 140kph. But in my experience abroad in Japan specifically it can do 160 to 165kph as max speed. Salamat po.
