All states in Nigeria should be responsible for their own security . There is no reason why Nigerian local government and state has no local Police , no forest Rangers, or State Highway patrol units. While it's good to appreciate improvement in security and other spheres of public services, it's important to mind your words and not be too bogus, just because you want appease the people in power. Your audience are very conversant with the environment. The schools are still very vulnerable (no body to blame, is just the way the society is structured), the security agents are over stretched, the criminals can strike hundreds of not a thousands schools at their own wish. So please stop making statements that can provoke them, so that you don't put the peace of innocent northerners at risk.
