I'm autistic and I need to thank creators of this channel, because I learned SO MUCH from these videos. In school I had really hard time with getting along with others. After putting some of these lessons in practice now I can make positive impressions on people I work and study with and I'm considered "funny one" by my friends girlfriends.

The Psycholohy of persuasion is a really great book i read it recently, though it is a bit dated and I like how this video has taken ideas from it and updated it to become more modenr

How do you persuade people?
Few psychological tricks to use:
Food: Eating together can do magic. When someone is involved in eating, tell subtly what you want. If a closed one is angry, take them on dinner or lunch or bring some food.
Tell what they want to listen, not what you want to speak: If you can understand the need of the person you can play around. A guy with whom we wanted to make a partnership deal wanted to get his wikipedia page restored from us.
Be genuine: whatever you speak be genuine. It should not be concern for him or her. Or else it leaves a very bad impression.
Patience: Know about when to speak and what to speak. Timing matters a lot. When someone is happy it's easier to persuade. When someone is anxious and busy with some work, it's not. So wait. Patience is a virtue
Social proof is one of the most annoying human characteristics. That’s why they fall for liars 90% of the time.

Yep. Its what got me ousted out of my last group.
One lady didn’t like how being kind, caring, confident and genuinely interested in others got people interested in spending time with me and giving me both things to do for and with them and time serving and helping me unasked.
This one women got people to “obey” her with intimidation, stories of her life of how she deserved everything, getting positions of power and using it to demand control of others out of those domineering tactics via the idea of scarcity that she was desperately needed and could not be replaced.
Then I came along and showed that you don’t need to have all the power or be the only one doing something ; you can empower other people to step up and fill in the gaps and work together and the community or/social group is better when multiple people are doing things instead of one person.
She did not like that idea alive in front of her and she attacked me and spread rumors about me to destroy my character so that other people would believe her over me .
Rumors as bad as me having an affair with other people in the group me being a problem and too loud and boisterous or awful, and even lying and saying other people agreed with her when they didn’t …
When holes were blown in her Hurt testimony. She began slightly, placing all of the rumor blames on me, that I was spreading rumors about myself, which then made me look awful because the things you were saying seems like they could be true, even though they weren’t and then it damaged my reputation to the point where people could not see the lies for the truth, and I was kicked out of the group.
Ironically, the whole social group ended up collapsing inside of itself because too many people did actually see through the lies and didn’t want to deal with it so they just left…
Everyone ended up going separate ways .

What are the behaviors of a confident person?
Don’t say ‘I think’ or ‘I’m not sure’.
Speak slowly and clearly.
Allow silences.
Don’t hide your hands by stuffing them in your pockets or folding your arms. Use them.
Build your assertiveness with “I” statements.
Instead of asking yourself, “What’s the worst that can happen?” try asking, “What’s the best that can happen?”
Combat fright by visualizing success.
Pause more during conversations.
People tend to view speakers with lower speaking voices as having more authority and confidence.

This was much easier to digest than all the multitude of things the video was saying to do. I don't do any of those things so trying to incorporate several different one's all the sudden would give away what I'm attempting to do. Whereas what your saying is something I could try and most people probably wouldn't notice. Which would allow a guy to practice doing that awhile before adding something else. I believe if you want to persuade anyone, you first have to persuade yourself. If you can’t persuade yourself, forget ever trying. I hate tomatoes but I learned everything about tomatoes that I think they are the healthiest thing ever. I’m not going to google any facts about it because it will bring doubt. Doubt hurts every persuasion.

Social proof, or influence by the opinions of others is why it is absolutely ESSENTIAL(!!!) to win the favor of the friends of a person you are trying to date.
From the perspective of a guy, if a girl's friends don't like you/ trust you/ have a negative opinion of you - you're doomed.
It is RARE that a woman's opinion is so strong that it can withstand the negative opinions of her close friends.
And if they don't like you, they will be poison to the relationship.
My kids tried to talk me into allowing them to get a cat. This was always going to be out of the question. After just the right amount of pestering they switched to the prospect of getting a dog. Seeing the effort they put in to their pitch I went with the dog option. Not before letting them know how proud I have I was of their team work in trying to pull one over on me. I like dogs and they paid the £200 for this one.

I have ADHD and I am hyperactive and energetic and I cannot control it, I talk verry fast and sometimes loud, I don't like it, every charming and charismatic person I know and adore is verry calm and slow and every fast and energetic person I know looks the opposite,
And I think there must be a way to be charismatic while energetic,
If anyone anwser me or if this channel make a video on it I would really appreciate it🙏

Unity 3D makes a clause to charge us 20 cents for every time a player installs our games, an outrageous fee that really rallied a lot of devs against them.
The next day, they release a clause that's slightly less egregious (in terms of still charging the same amount, but not if doing X or Y). Fortunately, everyone sees through this BS, nobody is giving in, but after all this time, Unity has been silent, so they're not backing down.
It's like the Rejection/Retreat is so engrained that they don't even bother measuring the reactions and just automatically assumed everyone is ok with it now.

• 7 Principles that influences everyones decision making:
1. Social Proof: If people see that others like you, they like you as well. People judge you on the basis of your social groups and friends.
2. Scarcity: If something is perceived as rare, it's value is increased. (Time Scarcity: hurry up or the opportunity will pass you by)
3. Consistency: People like to be consistent. Give them the reputation they want to be seen in.
4. Reciprocity: People will be obliged to return you with some favour if you gave them something earlier. You may start by asking for something bigger and give them a favour by lowering your value. (You are not obliged to lower your value if you think it's reasonable, stand your ground)
5. Authority: People listen believe those who seem to be credible or experts. (You should question authorities as they aren't always right)
6. Liking: People are more easily persuaded by charismatic individuals or people they like.
7. Risk Mitigation: Offer people a way to minimize their downside in saying yes to you if they see any risk in associating with you

What's your best time management tip?
Start a habit of waking up before dawn.
The time when it’s still dark out, your bed is nice and warm, the pillow is exactly the shape you want it to be, there are drops of rain hitting your window (in an ideal scenario), and everyone else in your neighborhood is still fast asleep.
That time.
Oh, and did I mention it’s also the time when you’ll be cranky and wondering, Why do I have to drag myself to the bathroom to brush my teeth and splash my face with cold water so that my eyes will actually open up? Why would I do that to myself? Isn’t that cruel?
I have been wondering the same thing myself. This is a new habit I’ve been practicing for the past couple of months, and even though I am a morning person it’s been an adjustment. I started going to bed just a bit earlier so that I don’t miss out on sleep. I started eating dinner earlier too, which is unusual for me. But these small shifts in my nighttime routine aren’t that big of a deal.
What I get is all this extra time. It feels like such a luxury.
The benefits? Quite a few.
More time in the day. It’s as if someone gave you the gift of time and all of a sudden your day has expanded and feels much longer than usual. Just enough to be able to relax and not worry whether you’ll have time to get your work done. The whole idea of time management doesn’t seem as daunting. Also, there’s no need to constantly rush from one thing to the next, nor do you feel you need to multitask to stay on top of everything.
It’s quiet. If you live in a noisy household or neighborhood, you know just how much noise can be distracting. Whenever you’re working or studying from home, you’re trying to find a corner where you can do your work quietly, and you crank up the music to drown out sounds of traffic. You might even put in ear plugs to get some peace and quiet. But when you’re up early, none of those things are a problem.
It’s easier to focus. Not just because it’s quiet, but also because your brain is well rested - provided you got enough sleep the night before. The early morning hours are that golden time when you haven’t yet inundated yourself with new information coming from all sides - the news, phone calls, scrolling through Twitter or Instagram. It’s calm. There’s more space to concentrate on what’s in front of you.
You can do your deep work ever earlier. As I have written before, I’m a big advocate of doing deep work early in the day because it’s easier to problem-solve, read, write, and do other complex cognitive tasks when you do them while your energy and willpower levels are still high. The sooner you tackle these difficult tasks, the better you’ll start feeling about your day. Which brings me to the next point.
You start feeling more confident about your skills. Extra time means you can practice whatever is important to get to a specific goal. It can be creating a study plan to prepare for exams, writing an article or research paper for work, or finishing a section of a large project. The more you spend time on something, the more steps you can take towards a goal. You find yourself problem-solving, learning, managing your time better, and improving the way you work. The result? More confidence and willingness to keep practicing this habit.
I really like it so far. And, that first cup of coffee tastes extra delicious. In fact, I’m going to make it right now.

The pen thing is good with a caveat. I mean the pen is silly and it's meant to be an exercise but let's go further, Peirs doesn't need a pen? He doesn't write? I'd have questions to make sure Peirs doesn't need my excellent, first rate pen. Many people say they don't need whatever you're selling as a defensive reflex, and a good salesman will ask questions to ensure they're getting all the info they need to decide whether the prospect or lead is bad before giving up.
