Villa area wise is excellent and also backyard idea with in villa is well executed by Bahria. This one is value to money but I see walls of backyard were small either they needs to be high or grill installation plus at entrance there was no grill in entrance gali/passage anyone/animal can walk in so there should be grill/door to that gali.

Bahria should allow to gate 4 houses then it worth it, otherwise no value

Construction quality is poor. Front gril option is not available as beharia needs to amend their by laws for it. In case of emergency you will helpless due to its distance from main city as it is more than 80 kilometers far from city
