and of course, there's also the psychological side too. most chronic things- depression, anxiety, stress, etc.- are also going to lead to constant feelings of fatigue. Make sure to take a moment to assess those too.
Accurate, I have sleep, nutrition and exercise on point. But currently dealing with a lot of stress and anxiety due to life situations and really struggling with being productive and energetic.
I've been on-and-off that train for quite a few times. What helped me the most is "relaxing my brain" by doing a lot of reading, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, solving crosswords ... Anything to focus my mind on something else than the current life issues. It may seem weird to think that relaxing your brain is by "bombarding" it with new knowledge and things to process, but I find it very relaxing. I suggest you give it a shot.
What's helped me feel less tired: eating a nutritional diet, exercising daily, reading before bed. Mental health has a massive impact too but these three things have noticeably improved my energy levels and general wellbeing. I haven't cut out alcohol or junk food, I just make sure I'm broadly eating well and staying consistent with my routine.
Keeping yourself in a routine helps with tiredness, as well. If you go to bed and wake up in the morning at the same time every day, including weekends, it keeps your circadian rhythm on track. If you designate a time in the day to work out and keep to it every day, you are less likely to skip it. Even if you just walk 20 minutes one day and do resistance training for an hour the next day, at least you did something that day. Eating dinner at the same time each night, and making sure you stop eating completely at a certain time each evening, say 6pm, keeps you on track with intermittent fasting, even if it's just 12 hours a day. Creating healthy habits goes a long way.
Pre Workout For me I remember feeling no effects after about a month of having pre workout before every workout in the mornings. I no longer felt the effects and needed to up my dose. I realised that I needed to stop. A year later got into the habit again so tomorrow I’ll be stopping….. great full for seeing this
The main essential cause of the fatigue that plagues society in general is that in a relatively short period of time we have gone from being a spiritual, purposeful, in-person social society into a materialistic, consumer obsessed, greedy, tech addicted, lustful, hedonistic society. I've read a numerous books which have in their own way shown how emotional stress / depression is exceptionally draining on energy levels. Many of us are out of harmony with the World. To gain more energy look for purpose, reason, get out and join social activities, limit computer use to the minimum, buy a naff mobile with phone/text features only, get up at 6am everyday and take a walk. Rediscover what we evolved over millenias to do.

Thanks for another amazing video! In my case, just by replacing a looking at my phone right before going to sleep by the reading the book helped me to improve my sleeping quality a lot! So I can definitely recommend it to everybody.
I'm weaning off coffee and caffeine in general after drinking it since I was a teenager. This is helpful because I do feel tired alot, and although I work a physical job, I'm doing everything else right. Very good to know
Well said 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 Without this video I will continue feeling more tired in this winter because of lack of sunlight, and also I don’t even take any supplements like vitamins. Thanks for your advice ❤
Hello, thank you for your vidéo. I have one correction to add. Melatonine as médecine may have side effects like : dizzyness, low dopamine level and fatigue. It works better to have a light/lamp that produces natural light. We use that in the North when the winter is always dark. It works well.
Not enough sleep is my biggest problem. Aches and pains in my arthritic left knee and shoulders causes fitful tossing and turning to get comfortable enough to sleep. Get maybe 3 1/2 hours sleep per night on average.
Thank you for saying the quite part out loud. "Oh hey, don't drink the go-go juice even though you need to get up and stay motivated to help a soulless company sell shit people don't need to solve a manufactured problem meanwhile you are underpaid, sacraficing your literal life and health, and everyday each dollar you earn is worth less cause you can't buy any assets that retain value. But hey....remember your vitamins and expensive af groceries" lmao.........
I only feel fatigued 1-2 months before my yearly vacation. If your work is a cardio workout (I walk 20-40 km on average while on patrol, and I'm on patrol every other day)
Don’t forget other good tips (apparently) is get to bed before 12am and wake up around 7am, and don’t eat before bed at least 2-4 hours before bed have no food cause your body works hard digesting and that interrupts sleep
If I go to bed before 12 am I can’t sleep, what did wonders for my energy is working nightshift. Because my rythm was already delayed before, and I couldn’t sleep early. Now, I wake up withouth an alarm or multiple ones, when my body telle me too. Such a pleasure
Hi Mark! I've been following your videos on facebook and I wanted to inquire if are there any supplements that you recommend for someone who lacks sleep but still want to perform even at least 30mins of workout in a day. The thing is, my work schedule is on a graveyard shift. I start working at 1230am. I only have 4hrs of sleep in before my shift starts then I sleep after my shift around 1.5 to 2hrs in the afternoon. I still want to do my workout routine but I am looking for any supplement that will help me. Do you recommend any if ever? I appreciate your response or any recommendation. Thank you and more power to your channel. 😊
Vitamin D deficiency is big thing. I was always tired and depressed, but 1.5 months ago I supplemented myself with 60k units of vit D every week. And now I feel so good. I have started exercising properly for the first time.
That high intake is necessary only once, so your normal levels go back to normal. After that, you need a small dose only if you don't receive enough vitamin D
Wo this is a very amazing and superb video bro telling about this wonderful topic of 5 reasons why you're always tired and keep it up and keep up the good work as always and take care Keep smiling always
I’m tired cause I haven’t had a full nights sleep going on 7 years now because one of the kids always gets up in the middle of the night because: lost sock, need to pee, no more water, nightmare, hungry, need to poop, too hot, too cold, too bright, too dark, too silent, too noisy, lost blanket, lost teddy bear.... I could go on but I’m too tired 😴
When you drop 500 calories to be in a deficit, how can you meet your protein goals? If my maintenance intake is 2000 and I don’t use that number for protein but 1500 then I’m going to loose muscle either way. So you’re going to lose both muscle and fat unless you want to stay at maintenance and just try to burn more than you consume, or am I confused?
I am going through the same thing. It’s tough to cut and meet your protein intake for the day. I have been trying to eat as much lean protein as possible. Chicken, fish, eggs, a little lean ground beef, high protein yogurt, protein shakes should get ya close but yeah it’s harder when you’re at a chloric deficit.
If your body already has an excess amount of fat, consuming too much fat is not in your best interest. Lean protiens can help shed the excess fat,and build muscle.
@damned_1 Caffeine consumption actually affects different races uniquely, as well. For example, Asian and black women have a harder time digesting caffeine later in the day than Caucasian women.
Because the obesity epidemic is astronomical, ofc these people are tired all the time. It takes a lot of energy for your heart to pump blood around that lot lol

5 Energy drainers
1. Coffee (Caffeine)
2. Poor diet (avoid processed foods and replace with healthy nutrient dense ones)
3. Vitamin D deficiency

5. Not enough sleep

Pre workout shouldn't be used every workout. Your body got used to it, so it lost its effectiveness

It is recommend one takes a stim break every 6-8 weeks for 2 weeks to utilise the effectiveness of a preworkout
