I really like this song, and you did a fantastic job with it! :) Very well done.
Two things though:
1. The Delay was slightly too much... maybe bring down the levels slightly...
2. I'd maybe have picked up a pick when you started strumming, cause your fingernails give a little bit of a grating sound on electric (which is normal for most people).
