They would if a student was abusing another one, if that happened the school could be at risk of law suits
They didnt care because katsuki's quirk is powerful, replace katsuki with any of thr other middle school students and they'd probably be expelled on the spot

It's because of differences in how Japanese schools handle bullying versus how American schools handle it. In Japan, kids are expected to "work it out themselves." While different schools in America have different cultures, and many don't help out with it as much as they perhaps ought to, the majority of schools would be on top of the bullying fast. If it were set in a place where educators cared about the emotional well-being of their students regardless of whether or not they were at a superhero school, then the plot might not even have happened, as Bakugou would've effectively gone to juvie, and Midoriya maybe wouldn't even have needed to go to a superhero school to find his self-worth. Despite My Hero Academia taking a lot of influence from American superhero comics compared to most other manga and anime, that's one aspect of it that's distinctly Japanese, even though that's not as admirable of a "distinctly Japanese" element as many other potential "distinctly Japanese" elements.
I'm surprised his body wasn't ready for One-For-All. Most anime characters with no power undergo a lot training to compensate for their lack of power, before the inevitable power boost. For example, Asta from Black Clover. If he didn't have all that body prep, he wouldn't possibly be able to wield that sword of his. So I'm surprised Midoriya didn't train himself long before meeting All-Might.

Also since OFA gets stronger as it gets passed down and All might wasn't even close to his full power (since he got that injury) Nomu woulda been destroyed as well

This has been something that's been in my mind, if Midoriya wanted to be a Hero so badly why wasn't he training for it much longer than seen in the manga/anime?

Honestly I just wanted to put some faith in teachers for once. Just have one teacher do the right thing when they were needed.

Great idea, it always irked me that Izuku wanted so much to become a hero but never bothered to train his body until All Might promised him One for All.
Good twist with the concerned teacher, in most fics Bakugo's bullshit is ignored by the teachers because Bakugo is the top student of the school, with his chances to get into the UA while Izuku is considered worthless due to his lack of quirk.
I think that Izuku took to much time to clean the beach, his canon self did it in ten months starting as a skinny brat and this Izuku started the cleaning already fit and with One for All. I guess that most of that time was spent in the spars with All Might.
I don't know if it canon but somebody stated that at 5% of One for All Izuku would be at the peak of human physical capabilities (Captain America), at 8% he would be clearly superhuman and at 15% he could use air pressure techniques.

Nexus When Deku uses One For All on one specific place, like his fists or fingers and etc. It is technically not the most powerful smash. Since only that one part will get one for all buff powers and stuff. So if he uses 100% on one specific place, it just not as powerful when he uses Full Cowl. Like for example, of you've seen the Training Of The Dead OVA. By the look of the smash and shockwave Full Cowling 20% did. It sorta looked like when he used 100% on a specific place. So bassically if he uses 100% on one part, would that suck? But if he uses 100% on his entire whole body, FULL COWL style. He would dominate and annihilate everything. Including his limbs and legs.
Zukiechi I agree, when punching the power doesn’t just come from the arm, it also includes the movement of your hips and legs, if your entire body is boosted by 20 percent ofa then you would definitely have ALOT of power in the punch, comparable to 100 percent ofa smash
And his bones not lasting long after the impact would also impede his fighting ability

NuckChorris12345 All Might started that in his prime he could beat Noumu in 5 punches. Considering that Deku should be more powerful than All Might’s prime he might be able to defeat Noumu using 100% with only 2 or 3 punches.

If his body was ready for one for all at the start that would imply the use of it without drawbacks. The reason for the beach was to enhance his body's ability to hold the power to some degree, but again if he was already fitted for it at the start this wouldn't be needed. The only thing I would see All might having to do is to teach him how to fight accordingly with such immense power as to not destroy nearby locations through it's sheer force.
Here's a big thing with what if's. They are easy to think of, hard to process. If I were to do a What If on this topic, I'd have All Might be a bit more clear on how to use One For All rather than say "Fuck it, break an arm and a leg Young Midoriya". Now that's what they did here, however they missed a small but important detail. Deku doesn't seem as smart as before. That was his defining trait, his intellect, and you really can't change that. One line that leads me to believe they sidelined that is "Midoriya needs to put more focus into his studies". He most likely had one of the highest scores in the written exam canonically, how is it fair to lower his biggest strength to make him a beef boy? They did both in canon, with him using one of those grip things while he studied and in the middle of class. Then in either this episode (I'm rewatching these so I don't exactly remember if it's this one or the next one) or the next episode, Deku charges up to 20% and apparently does the same amount of damage to that Zero Pointer as he did in canon, which might I say is impossible. Deku at the beginning had no control over OFA, and could only focus 100% into certain parts of his body. Note: 100%. 20% Full Cowling and a regular 100% Smash are drastically different in power. I'd like to ask the people of this channel to fact check and calculate so they don't make these types of easy to miss but hard to ignore factors. 20% is strong, but not crumple a giant 60 foot tall robots head like a paper ball strong.
Another fact I'd like to mention is in another later episode, Bakugo and Mineta are expelled. Bakugo for threatening another student, and Mineta for failing the Quirk Assesment.......... 2 problems with that that can be easily struck against by the canonical episode that that WI episode diverses from. Mineta was second to last in the Assessment test, and Bakugo attempted to assault Deku similarly to how he does in the WI episode...... Now, Aizawa isn't one to mess around. Canonically Aizawa passed Deku because Deku showed that HE and only HE could do it. Not to defend the pride of a comrade or whatever. Then he proceeded to get less than average scores, making him come in last. Now, Aizawa said that all of them had shown promise, that includes Mineta, which means that Mineta should not have been expelled. Now Bakugo..... Let's cut it up. If Bakugo didn't get expelled canonically, why would he have gotten expelled in this what if? The scenarios are almost the same, so there should be no difference in what happens. Aizawa tells Bakugo to sit his happy little ass down, and Bakugo complies frustratedly.
Now another thing. And now this may or may not be a canon thing (or at least the reason) but in this, Bakugo bullies Deku throughout their last part of middle school. Meanwhile, in canon, Bakugo tones it down because he felt like he owed Deku................ You see, this is what frutrates me so much. I've seen so many promising What If's, and none of them end up being what a What If SHOULD be.
A What If story is supposed to still have the core mechanics of the characters, and still lead them on the road that leads them to the next point in the plot. For example, Deku having control over OFA at the start should not majorly affect Bakugo and Mineta's enrollment at U.A. it does however have a bigger impact on the Practice fight (which was also bullcrap, having Deku just say "Fuck it" and rush the building) and the USJ arc (which I didn't get to in my first run of these, but I won't doubt the fact that there are probably some bullshit moments there too).
The anime would be boring if Izuku's Body was ready for ofa at the start

I'm thinking about a new upgrade for Izuku's suit? My idea is that their is a device that collects the extra energy from "One For All" and when ready launches the energy in one or several powerful blows without harming the user's body. An example of this is "Full Cowling" and you can see the extra energy from "One for All" spreading it's power throughout Izuku's body as electricity. Now imagine Izuku in a long battle thats been going on for about 1 hour or so while Izuku was in "Full Cowling" or constantly using "One For All' and then out of nowhere Izuku launches a punch or kick about 10 times stronger then his 20% smash that ends the battle instantly, Amazing right? I think this would be so cool and i would love to see this in the anime!

I think he would have been much more in the spotlight. Shigaraki being pretty powerful in the beginning would have been too strong for Izuku and being killed.

He would use the power from the get go. He will not struggle that means he will not develop the shoot form. Many send requests for the intern stuff and he will not be train by the old man. He will also wont be going to all mights sidekick. That means there will be a conflict with the sidekick since his rooting for mirio to receive allmight power. And bakugo will be turn villain looking for more power since all of a sudden deku is stronger than him.

I don't think the teachers would do anything. They seemed to ignore the bullying already.
Also even with this new idea of having 10 months to train and all that he still would blow out his arm punching the giant robot and I still think Bakugo (I don't think I got the spelling right) would have had the top score for combat points. Plus it would be more realistic if Deku came in the mid range because he would still be nervous and not quite ready for combat.
He blew out his arm in the normal timeline, due to his lack of control and practice with the quirk. On top of that in this version of event he has had a lot more training.

Well if he did have full control over it then he would almost for certain beat everyone he encounters and that’s kind of too op and the anime would be boring cause he would defeat every opponent he faces and the anime wouldn’t need to really see how he became the greatest hero since we seen almost all of the training to control one for all 100% in just one episode

so his 20% here is the 100% in the anime... wow thats dangerous
Some of the time in the anime the % that he says is off. For example 1000000%. That was really just him using about 10 maybe 12%. Basically going beyond his current limit. Think of it like this. He can use 5% without breaking a bone, making that his limit. He can go beyond that, but it causes damage to him. E.g 10% and his arm breaks.
