Joseph was truly an amazing man. He is the ultimate cool head, and great attitude guy. He pleases God, and his good works are recognized by the people around him. He is given large responsibilities and does a good job. He is rewarded for his good work. This scenario is repeated in each bad circumstance Joseph is put into. Joseph, and Job, these are real heroes to me. These are men you will see in Heaven if you make it in yourself. So many people here that we may admire won't. So many great names I grew up loving....they won't be there. Not because their achievements here weren't great, but because they didn't pursue Jesus with the same veracity. I get it to a point. I spent probably more than half my life pursuing worldly things. I pursue Jesus now though. Jesus, and my family are my life. I will do my best to turn my back on sin, pick up my cross and follow Him, the Lord Jesus Christ. I wish to keep my name in the Book of Life. How do so many not come to the same realization? How do you not feel the years of this time on earth slipping away from you, quicker each year, and not realize that this is just a childhood for us. The childhood of eternity. Where we grow up and prosper in Heaven with God and Jesus, or we fail and end up in hell with all the countless miserable soul's wailing and tortured. Because they took the easy road down. Instead of carrying their cross up the hill. You know, Heaven is up, and hell is down. Of course it takes work. The reward is great, and beyond anything imaginable.
