Is this just down the main road from that beautiful and massive hotel on Lake Windermere mate? This looks *VERY* familiar to me. I stayed at the park dene resort in a lodge on the lake front a couple of years back and drove to somewhere very similar.

That's the downside of the Lake District becoming a World Heritage Site........ The Lakes depends on tourism to survive, and tourists often arrive by car......

It is. Ambleside is at the top end of Windermere. 👍🏻
