Otis HIGHdraulic Scenic Elevator at South Coast Plaza (North Parking Garage) Costa Mesa CA

This is another elevator located on North Parking Structure at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, California. The cab are the same like other elevator but the button in this one are different and don't know what kind of these button are. This is the elevator that I just forgot to film in 2017 and now I manage to get this at least.
