Madden 06 was a nice find. You know, if you ever find Burnout Revenge on a dumpster dive, create a Madden 06 save file on a PS2, and then create a Revenge save file, you can get an additional car for Crash Mode.
I mean nothing major has changed in the gameplay from the early 2k games to the latest 2k games. Sports games are sports games...you get a little more managerial stuff to do now...but it's still the same essential shit.
I work at gamestop and i’m kinda just explaining some of the thrown out stuff as i watch cuz it’s kinda fun to see people get excited over our trash. the steelbook injustice 2 cases were sent recently just as add ons to get people to buy the ultimate edition of injustice. the only reason we throw out those cases because we’re out of stock but usually we throw the cover art and keep the box for trades without cases. the ps4 cards that are thrown away are never activated, and when they go through activation they sometimes don’t work and are thrown out. the skyrim skins were free for employees when Skyrim came out. we don’t accept ps2 games so people will either keep it or leave it at the store so we throw it. but jesus it’s so funny seeing you go through a trash bag because it’s like, literally exactly what my trash bags look like. lots of yellow sleeves and sticker strips. sadly we throw lots and lots of stuff out (like the SD cards, sometimes pennied out guide books) because employees can’t just take them as it’s considered theft. same with the wii u charging dock. we don’t accept those as trade so we just chuck em
