It's heard easiest in Spear of Justice but it can be heard in the song that plays when she first spots you in the grass (titled as "Undyne") and a faster version can be heard in the chase sequences where she's hurling spears at you.

Every character has his/her own theme in undertale as any other game. Megalovania is not actually San's theme, it's OUR THEME. In the undertale universe we are not the part of it. We are an outsider forcing our way into it with our theme . So, this is the reason every song except Megalovania are connected to each other.

Toby Fox probably made his favorite song ( between the songs he made himself ) so he decided he will use this song to put a " signed , -lancer- Toby " in his games or any game he makes music for , and the whole genocide run is trying to stop you , to tell you you're on the wrong path , to make you sad and make you suffer and stop you from winning . At the very end , the lazy and funny skeleton will be boosted : Toby don't want you to complete genocide , he ends the subtle things and just put an overpowered enemy in your path blocking the last door . This is *TOBY'S THEME* replacing " music that might play when you fight sans " because you're fighting Toby Fox himself .
