Greetings from Duesseldorf, Germany! Grew up in Endwell (Norton Ave) as an "IBM-child" late 70ies., father being on assignment as German engineer. Brother born in Binghampton. Later we moved to Austin, TX. Watching your videos brings back memories. Love to see, how everything seems to move forward in the region. Keep up the good work. 🙂
Love BJ's having grown up in the Syracuse area. While I no longer live in the Binghamton area and was sad to hear of the closing of the Oakdale Mall, it's nice to see it being redeveloped and thriving once again. So many dead or dying malls face a sad fate with redevelopment plans that never end up happening, especially in the hands of out of area owners/developers, so this really shows how lucky the southern tier is to have some dedicated local developers that care about the community
I’m happy to see life coming back to the oak dale mall. I mean commons. I left that area in 2008 and wondered if it would eventually completely close. Enjoy your videos!
all the clubs offer something different. i have costco and BJ's. Had Sam's in the Past. I like Costco best, 1.50 hot dog and a soda and I like their meat. BJ's has very inexpensive fresh orchids. BJ's also has a deli counter in my area, so you can have meats and cheeses cut fresh, and not in a huge package.
Nice video.I am a member of Sam's Club paid $15 last month for a membership.I like the $5 Rotisserie Chicken.I only live 3 miles from one here in Raleigh NC.BJ's is good as well but 10 miles from me in Cary NC.
that is a nice club! Good selection of clothing. we don't have a Snack shop in the bronx. Looks like the prices are right and the giant cookie look good. Thanks for the tour.
Nice tour. At one time or other I have had memberships in Costco, Sams Club and BJs, Costco is my favorite - nice prices, quality products from the Kirkland brand, the 4.99 rotisserie chicken, excellent wine selection and a food court with reasonable prices.
Excellent and really enticing tour, Frank. What doesn't BJ's have ? Could be a little exhausting if one, or a couple, or a group, might lose their focus. Finest use of the space.
Some products are worth purchasing, but you have to look at the price per pound amd compare to grocery store products. I have shopped at Costco in southern California amd it was amazing. I would choose costco over BJs and BJs over Sam's club
Nice video, great aerial views as usual. One thing I am curious about, it looks like it is attached to the mall, but is it really? In the mall, is it still just a big blank section? Seems kind of weird.
A year building this? Did I hear you right? In building trades this type of building is called a "90-day wonder". that's all of the time from bare ground until there's a store for whatever company can move into. I've never heard of these taking four months., How long did it take? Unless the builder hit an ancient Indian burial ground something is just wrong. Thanks for the tour. What camera resolution was this filmed in? 480p? Why post it with higher numbers on RUclips? The sharpness won't change.
This was filmed in 4K 30 frames per second. Sometimes on RUclips, you have to go in and manually change the resolution on the video when you first start watching it. Only self criticism is that the stabilization isn’t that great because I wasn’t using a gimbal inside because I didn’t want to get kicked out lol.

Thanks for sharing! Yeah, the last 10 years there’s been a significant amount of progress in the area
I graduated M-E in ‘78. I’m also an “IBM child”
Thank you for the tour. Looks to be set up exactly like Sam's
Welcome
Haven't been in the area in a long time but I like seeing the updates around town! Thanks!
That's my neighborhood store 😂😂😂😂
Thanks for the tour
Any one remember when Philadelphia sales came to JC in a old EJ shoe factory? First store to be open on Sunday's .

The mall is still open, it never closed…just a new name and a lot of new stuff
Thanks for the tour!
Welcome 🤗

Being from MA where bj's is from we have a ton good to see them spreading to NY

I NEVER BEEN TO BJ'S BEFORE.

Welcome
❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
I went to bjs in Philadelphia and I like it better because it's bigger I think and nicer workers
If they have Canon printer inks comparable to Sam's Club prices, then I'll consider joining for that alone
It’s 2024 I refused to own a printer… 99.9% of things can stay on the screen these days
Wow it looks amazing in there. Thanks Frank!

Sadly not connected to the mall at all. Waste IMO
Great video, thanks! I wonder, does BJ's sell liquor? Cheers!
I don’t think they do
Love your videos but would love to see prices also please
Went there yesterday with my fiance and we both LOVE it!!!!
I've have been to bj's wholesale club
I think the gas station is ONLY for members. I checked around NYS and they have gas around $3.03/gallon
I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THE BJ'S OPEN.
BJ’s is best. They have a cold cult section, generally are more coupons too and bigger selections. They even have a snack bar.
I love bjs
Their are definitely not a lot of them in central ny
also they have cheap gas if your a member paid 2.50 last week lol
According to the app, the gas is 305 right now? But maybe it’s not updated.
see my other comment im in massachusetts so different pricing at each store @@fgpalm
You probably don't live up in Binghamton.
Frank, you didnt even review the food!!! Im so disappointed! plz do a food review. Thanks
The food was okay…mostly just hot dogs 🌭, cookies 🍪 and soda/water. Tasted fine.
I got my membership for $10
Got a membership and they have screwed me out of my rewards twice now. Won’t be shopping there again and canceling my membership.
How much money you save from membership?
Idk but I’ve spent about $200 😂
Hey there m😢friends

No.
It's really bad, isn't it.....I was in and out in just 10 minutes.
Wonderful
BJ'S is just plain bad, especially for Johnson city - Get Out of My Town.
✋️ it. BJ'S rocks!!!
