Yes...store in refrigerator....imo....also....oil in the beans goes rancid like any shelf cooking...baking oil....keeps fresher in cool environment....😊

I hope you please read this and answer for me my question is if I buy multiple packages of whole bean coffee in a vacuum package can I put it in a dark cool area like my closet and it'll last for a while a sale on coffee that I like I want to buy it all up and keep it

Sure, Edwin, you can store it like that but you are better off buying smaller amounts from a local roastery.
