      its funny because some jalapenos are like bell peppers and other jalapenos are like 8,000 scoville units or whatever

      If you don't have gloves, an alternative would be to rub cooking oil on your hands. That way, when you go on to wash your hands after handling chilli peppers, the capsaicin will wash off along with the oil

    A lot of work, but worth it. Some stores here in AZ sell them. (Jalapeño poppers) a great appetizer before the meat is done. Great job!

    i always wanted to try this recipe. it looks so good. basically like a modified jalapeno popper but with that smokey flavor. i really need to try this one day.
