I love how creative they were with this record. Like Mats voice as the synth for Blue Sunday? Dope. Also love that they aren’t perfectionists either. Like when they left Nicks part in where he fucked up but they thought it sounded cool so they left it in. So sick. Love these guys.

What an underrated album to the masses. This goes beyond the boxes they've been put in by the alternative community, coming out of YOUTH. Thank you for creating, experimenting, and creating interesting music!!!
It took me 2 years to like the album. I heard it several times after its released and just found it boring AH 🙈 This year I came back to it when they released the first single of their new record and I genuinely like it :D
Seeing that they did this in Mat's home studio makes sense. it feels like the most "coming home" music that Citizen has ever released and it's so stellar.
Very cool behind the scenes life! I love it! The creative process of making a record in a comfortable setting without so many restrictions brings about wonderful music and the new citizen is a prime example!!!
Great group, that studio setup isnt easy but you made it look it nice job! Entertaining video too you should do more of these for the different bands you get coming through your studio.
This makes me relate even more to the band and this record, after already being a huge fan of all their music. Thanks for sharing part of the process. 💕
