I felt the presence of Our Lady with me as the last verse prayed, I didn't know the feeling but it felt so good, that it made me tear up a little, I asked my Grandfather who knows a lot about the faith, and he said that the Our lady and the Holy spirit is with me.
i think my grandfather's oldest brother or something was in a school and he was taught by this one person that one person ended up being a saint in 2008 her name is st. alphonsa very cool when i think about it, shes the first indian woman saint
I am 15, I am from England, I went on a pilgrimage to Lourdes, with a small group of about 30 girls from my school, along with my whole Diocese. I wasn't expecting for such amazing things to happen to me while I was there. I am not rich, I couldn't even afford to go, but my parents came to an arrangement with my Chaplaincy. Best £500 and the best 5 days of my life.. The pain, the tears, the tiredness and the ache, it was all worth it. Lourdes changed my life.. Such a special place.. God bless

Me too. I used to teach Sunday School in the Lutheran Church years ago. Now, I'm a confirmed Roman Catholic and go to daily Mass and love the Traditional Latin Mass. For whatever reason, I started praying the Rosary in 2011 when my son really needed some help. And he got the help and I never doubted the Blessed Mother's intercession thereafter and came to the one true Church.
"Woman behold your son, son behold your mother." HE went to that much trouble just before dying to tell us this, it's amazing that some can't or won't understand this.
Listening to catholic hymns gave me great peace during my discernment process. I've finally started my initial stages to join a dominican order after 4 years of discernment. Pray that my journey goes well 🙏

I was in Lourdes 50 years ago travelling from places to places and Lourdes was on my wish list __the town itself lies in a wonderful setting the scenery is beautiful but my everlasting memory was the evening procession up the hill , the burning candles lightening the dark sky and that hymn sung in various tongues truly UNFORGETTABLE
Decided to come back to the church after hearing this..I just had a total knee replacement, and asked Jesus and my Blessed Mother to help me with the pain, and it has been done..Was in the Seminary for a bit, and always had a strong devotion to the Lady of the rosary, I have seen...

When going on pilgrimage to the grotto in Lourdes, we carried candles and sang this hymn in the various languages of the people in our group. It is a beautiful and uplifting experience. It is so comforting to believe we have a true Mother in the Mother of Jesus. If Jesus is our Brother, then Mary indeed is our Mother.
This is a way of doing exactly that. We have access to His Mother and His other Saints, only because He comes to us first. Without Him, we are and have nothing.

When I was at catholic school many years ago we sang the tune of Immaculate Mary to the words of O purest Of Creatures,which remained my favourite hymn up to this present day,on wednesday the 28th March12 we are having this played at my Lovely Aunties funeral,it is a requiem mass and I hope all who are there will sing this beautiful hymn.As we are an Italian family the mass will be in Italian and English for those who do not understand Italian.God Bless Auntie Francesca Rest in peace.

I just love this hymn, having visited Lourdes recently. Wonderful place.
When going on pilgrimage to the grotto in Lourdes, we carried candles and sang this hymn in the various languages of the people in our group. It is a beautiful and uplifting experience. It is so comforting to believe we have a true Mother in the Mother of Jesus. If Jesus is our Brother, then Mary indeed is our Mother.
