Nice video! Can someone please tell me how are you picking up the super squeeze so easily? I'm roughly a similar build to those guys but I'm having difficulty picking up that belt... it gets stuck very often and makes me waste too much energy on it. I've had 2 hours of practice on a 45ft pole and my biceps and lats are extremely sore. Any info will be greatly appreciated, thanks!
ExtremeWassabi hey there been in lineman school about 2 years and had lots of experience with the buck squeeze. honestly the best thing to do is to tilt both the strap and spike clip up when ascending and down when desending as shown in the video. also I've recently got in better shape and noticed a world of difference when using it.
Lean in and slide as you are stepping up with your dominant foot. So as you’re stepping up slightly lean in and the weight will come off the belt and slide it up all in one motion. It’s the easiest way
Glad im not the only one. Had it happen to me a couple times. I place my hand on the back of the carabiner when climbing now. I think they should make it the same as the ones that attach to the rings in the belt

Thx bud, much better at it now. I usually bring my body closer to the pole and stretch the strap while pulling up.

you don't have to have it so tight that you can't flip your belt
