I can’t help but suspect that the lights at the haunted hotel are tweaked by the manager to make them flicker so that visitors get a ‘haunted experience’. They’re probably just trying to boost reviews as it looks good for tourists if it actually looks haunted.

You know the way this was the most haunted inn, they could just be in control of all the lights and there could have been microphones in the room, and that's why the ball didn't fall cause they didn't have control of it
