That's really a neat Steam Engine and it has great pulling power too. Enjoyed your video.

Not really. I never finished it as we started to discuss eventually moving. What I am building now is better.

Great vid of a great little loco. Other members of my family now approve so I'm leaning towards ordering one. My thoughts are moving on to how, as you mentioned previously, a chuffer could be fitted and maybe routing it back through the funnel? My points sometimes cause bumps and derailments, but not all the time so I'm still investigating. Cheers.

      Approval is good!
If I added a chuffer I’d somehow rig a pipe to put it in. The chimney is a possibility maybe but there would be little of it to work with I think. I have found that my little pipe, probably because it is narrow, makes a little extra satisfying sound.
What I should do it screw my Accucraft’s chuff pipe in the exhaust. I won’t bend it or anything and it will stick out straight, but I could see what it does I have some pipe I could put around it too.

How does it run pre fill up? It's does run quite smooth even with all cars it's pulling.

Hi Trevor. What do you mean by pre fill up? I’d love to answer your question.

Yeah I know that I was just wondering how long it runs pre boiler fill of water. My Ruby runs about 10 mins max and I have to refill the boiler.

@@trevork4066 ahhhhhhhh. Sorry Trevor. Yes. I actually haven’t timed it. A good 20 mins for sure.
