In the USA Network's Street Fighter Animated Series both Ryu and Ken were friends of the Final Fight trio. They help them fight Sodom, Rolento, Hugo, and Belger to rescue Melissa Haggar.

And then in the far distance you hear thumping footsteps followed by a "vroom vrooom" and you look back only to see the bay area giant known as ABIGAIL.
