  • As we all know, it is almost impossible to maintain the farm at an ideal temperature in conventional farming. And that’s why we use polyhouses in our farming infrastructure to maintain an optimal ambient temperature inside the farm. However, certain automation devices are used for climate regulation on our farms, like cooling pads and exhaust fans, to keep the farm cool; internal fans to maintain circulation of air; and foggers are used to maintain the farm’s humidity. Under the IoT control mechanism, there is use of 3 innovative devices:
    1. Sensor, which records the farm’s temperature and humidity and sends it to the master every 10 minutes.
    2. Master, which is linked with an internal server, helps us to analyse the data and generate intelligent decisions.
    3. Controller, which receives the commands from the master, and operates several equipment like exhausts, circulation fans and foggers.
Apart from the temperature control, the automatic regulation of irrigation is also extremely essential. And to provide nutrition to our plants, RO water is used, in which water comes into the water tank from the purifier where crop-specific nutrition is added automatically. This nutrient-rich water is circulated from tanks to chambers at regular intervals, and surplus water is collected in the water tank for future use. All the work has been done with high precision and accuracy, which eases the work of the labour. Eeki aims for higher production rates with efficient usage of nutrients that allow us to grow healthy vegetables all year long without worrying about seasonal changes and making the best overall product.
Farm automation devices to watch for in 2023
    Why choose eeki?
✔ Innovated a sustainable farming technology that enables us to utilise barren land in the most productive manner, allowing the farm partners to earn lucrative tax-free income.
✔ Developed our patented growing chambers that creates an ideal growing environment for the plant’s root zone, without using any growing media like soil or coco-peat, enabling the low-cost production of pesticide-free vegetables.
✔ Unlike other modern farming practices like vertical farming and NFT, we’ve developed crop-specific nutrition recipes that produce highly nutritious as well as tasty vegetables.
✔ Built IoT control mechanisms that allow us to remotely manage all the farm vitals, thereby reducing reliance on manual labour.

Great Video. IoT has revolutionized agriculture by enabling precision farming through real-time data collection and analysis. Smart sensors monitor soil conditions, weather, and crop health, optimizing resource use and increasing yields. This technology enhances efficiency, reduces waste, and supports sustainable farming practices, transforming the agricultural landscape.
