It will cost more to maintain this trains than making them because within one month, this trains will be upside down. Need of the hour is not modern trains but Basic Civic Sense education. Brother reporter, after one month, give us the report on the condition of this trains.
You can go and watch Ahmedabad metro. Much better condition after many months. But you are right, gutkha Gang must be identified at security check and must be clear mouth and throw all packets before entering.

kolkata metro is much better and most crowded ahmedabad is like small town infront of metropolitan kolkata
