- This clip was recorded at Kyung Hee University, Korea back in the early 2000's.
In this clip you will see some of the best Taekwondo athletes in the world training in severe heat and giving it their all.
To belong to KHU Taekwondo team you must earn your place not just when you start out after being hand picked, but every session you have to give it your best and trust me after watching this you'll see the standard is high.

@@FocusOnTaekwondo Yu Tok Su (I think spelling is off) and Oh Seon Taek. Oh Seon Taek was the team captain.
This is old style speed kicking drill...nice !!
It is better than the nowdays practicing
different style nowadays still with its challenges, but yeh i also preferred the old style of kicking.
