The animator is yuya takahashi. He animated a small portion in episode 110 and also took part in episode 114. Whenever he animated a (part of) episode everyone was hyped because this guy was just next level.
Episode 114 and 122 were supervised by Yuya Takahashi, he captures that Z style to perfection and it shows in his episodes. Thankfully Toei noticed how happy fans were with his style and he became really influential in the next dbs projects
17 going through that beam struggle to save the day was so fucking epic. I was already convinced he was MVP but that moment solidified it for me. No going back from that moment. The animation and everything was so amazing.
Their against anilraza really showed of the seventh universes best traits which where their teamwork and trust vegetas final flash against jiren showed his fierce resolve and boundless Saiyan pride
I think Vegeta respects Gohan as a warrior because of his time on Namek with him I mean he even protected him in a sense there, and of course the cell saga. he knows there is deep hidden potential in him. that coupled with the fact that Vegeta believes in his own race (rightfully so)

I wanna give you some recommendations I think you'd really enjoy: - Tower Of God (1 season as of now, S2 confirmed) - HunterXHunter (2011 version) - Tokyo Ghoul (the anime does have a few issues story-wise, but it's still an enjoyable watch imo) - The Promised Neverland (Season 1 - it's brilliant; lots of issues with S2 unfortunately, so if you are interested in the real story it's also one where reading the manga is recommended, but it's something that can be left at S1 as well) - The Seven Deadly Sins (drop in animation in the middle of the series, some pervy gags) - God Of High School (1 season as of now) - Yu Yu Hakusho (90s anime; most DBZ-like) Some of these are more enjoyable because of their animation, some because of their story, some because of both. Lot's of stunning soundtracks as well!
Oddly enough, through fusion Universe 3 was able to create the most dangerous fighter. Obviously Jiren on his own was the most powerful, but not only was agnilsa as strong as Jiren (unfortunately we didn’t see them fight) but it could of literally eliminated everyone there by being smart and not just trying to knock them out. No one person could beat it alone

It's my headcanon that ultra instinct for vegeta is different than ultra instinct for goku With goku he stops thinking completely and moves on instinct With vegeta, I like to think his instinct is to think about his opponent and how they fight to the point of knowing what they will do before they do. I like to call it "ultra insight" Just before he dodges Jirans punches, he yells "I've figured you out!" Vegeta is a smart dude, and I like to think he didnt have to get as dumb as goku to be as strong as goku
With the greatest respect, I've been to some and overwatched a ton more martial arts competitions of six different styles (never did MMA... that's... that's some stuff). With great respect, some of the best championship matches genuinely and fully end with 21:03 onward. The MATCH is over!!! Thing about MMA and even street fights is those technicals that win the match? They won't win the fight....... ohhhhhh, they won't win the fight oh....

The episode features an insanely powerful Final Flash which surprised everyone including Jiren. But ultimately Vegeta gets layed out after arrogantly thinking he defeated the enemy. The exact same thing happens against Cell and they did it again against Jiren.

Vegeta has always been the most strategic fighter in Dragonball. To no one's surprise he was able to see a pattern in Jiren's attack and counter him.
Agreed, Jiren’s fighting style is pretty basic but he’s very precise and obviously very powerful!
