His son's inherited and began also selling kerosene and eventually the Shell Oil Company was born and still exists today. So this video using selling sea shells is amazing. (and also based on historical fact).
Also, the methods used by DeBeers to control the price of diamonds. Using diamonds in wedding rings is a fairly new thing that started really gaining popularity after they started making commercials and ads showing celebrities etc with diamond rings. Also they stockpile the diamonds to keep the price up
