I would suggest moving the kitchen to face the back wall and opening up the area to the kitchen by removing the wall and adding a kitchen freestanding counter/ bar area for counter seating. Great Floorplan! Nice decor!!!

This is a good plan. I especially like the spacious living room and kitchen, the large pantry and the laundry room. One small but fixable glitch: having the powder room directly off the living room isn't very private. I'd rework the foyer/office/wc area to put the powder room off an enlarged foyer with inner doors, and a large closet and no office. With that change I'd move right in!

Have to agree, never ever put that within distance of there or the dining room. Also noticed, the pocket doors are not functional, they are backwards, no wall to slide into. The clash in the back is the pantry door out of the kitchen bangs into or blocks the back door entry. That should just be gone. I think take some sq. M out of the kitchen and make the living room bigger.

Ok loved the spacing of this beautiful home. There seems to be some design layout that could be done. Furniture in living space too big and shouldn't extend past wall, no side table in walkway, dinning table light too small (❤️ round table, kitchen cabinets outdated and should go to ceiling, amazing pantry could something else be added to other wall, master room eliminate side table if can't get into drawers, bathroom walls not my favorite but nice, pocket doors a win and laundry room, color on walls too dark, loved strip lights and all around porch. This place is a winner although I'm picky.

well that's nice! But i think there is little bit much of pillow on sofa? Or its just not my style when i just put on 1 - 3 pillow in my designs?

You sold me after the covered veranda off the principal suite. As an aging solo person, I could see this as a final home with a few adjustments. I agree a powder room off the living room may not suit many, but personally it would be infrequently used. I have hobbies so would keep the office. I would design it as a 2 bedroom, discarding the big pantry, moving stack laundry nearer back bathroom and eliminating back bedroom. There is space in the back half to play with layout.
In my opinion, the upper kitchen cabinets are too high, too many breakable in foyer that should be a dedicated clothing/shoe area(I live in 4 season country), and furniture is too big for living room.
