      use the technique of visualisation, learn 5 names at a time, repeat them 5 times, then learn next 5. visualisation is very important in anatomy. if you are learning attachment of a muscle, then visualise it's origin and insertion in your body and touch those parts. Use all your senses, vision, hearing , touch etc.
