He is also not aware of the draw luck, United played with Wigan, Newport, Forest, Liverpool and Coventry. Other than Liverpool, losing to any of these teams would have been embarrassing. Look at the teams City played, Huddersfield, Tottenham, Luton, Newcastle, Chelsea. I am wondering where would United have been if they had played with City's opponents 😂.

The trouble is the level of expectancy. Man Utd fans began supporting the club (rather than another one) because of their extraordinary achievements in the Fergie era. So now that is expected, but it's an unrealistic expectation because the playing staff needs improving (ten Hag didn't sign most of this squad). Also Martinez, Varane, and Shaw being injured is a big loss. Mainoo might be progressing well but a defensive midfielder to replace Casemiro is still needed. All this takes time but patience is not a Man Utd supporter's characteristic.

i believe both the manager and the players are supposed to manage the game. First the manager is expected to make calls to his team on the touchline. I hadly see this from ETH when compared with likes of Arteta,Klop or Pep.

Utd have been to 3 domestic finals out of the last 4 in the last 2 years. Most other clubs other than Utd and City would be elated with that. I just don't know how on earth Utd have become a cup team when they are so average in every way. He's leaving even if they miraculously beat City and win the cup. His next premier league job will be someone like West Ham after he goes back to Ajax.

The only sub you should of made, was for Casemiro at 3nil. Mctominay could of quite easily gone into the centre back position, with ease.
