Press NY Now...doesn't New Hampshire state law ALSO give you the legal RIGHT to request and get public information (which would include public employees' names and other information related to their work) in addition to federal FOIA law? Town Manager Ken Robichaud can't just DENY you getting that kind of information...he's violating state and federal law by doing that! Go see the Town Attorney and tell him/her on camera and show that you requested the information and you were DENIED getting it by Robichaud, tell him/her you are going to sue the town for VIOLATING state and federal law and your right to the information if they DON'T give you what you asked for!
